You pay the IRS directly — not through us. Your options:
- IRS Direct Pay at irs.gov/payments — free, direct from your bank account
- EFTPS at eftps.gov — free electronic payment system
- Credit or debit card via an IRS-authorized payment processor (small fee applies)
- Mail a check payable to "United States Treasury" with your SSN and "2025 Form 4868" in the memo
When filing through us, you can also authorize an Electronic Funds Withdrawal as part of your extension submission.
