Form 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ Filers:
Check this Box (Line 9 of Form 4868) if your tax return is due June 15 and you did not receive wages subject to U.S. income tax withholding.
Form 1040NR is the Nonresident Alien Income Tax Return. Form 1040NR-EZ is the Income Tax Return for Certain Nonresident Aliens with No Dependents. If you cannot file Form 1040NR or Form 1040NR-EZ by the due date, you should file Form 4868 to request an extension. Form 4868 must be filed by the original deadline of your return.
